🗓️ Program Details

  • WE START: June 24th, 2025

  • WE GO FOR: 4 weeks

  • WE MEET: Tuesdays at 7PM ET

    ADD THESE DATES TO YOUR CALENDAR NOW: June 24th, July 1st, July 8th, July 15th

  • SESSIONS LAST: 90 minutes each

  • WE CONNECT: virtually via Google Meet, highly interactive, with a mix of teaching + practice

 

✅ Terms of Commitment

By applying to the Community Coaching Collective, I understand and agree to the following:

  • I will attend all 4 live sessions, showing up on time and fully present. If an emergency arises and I cannot attend, I will let my coach know as soon as possible.

  • I will engage with my cohort respectfully and thoughtfully, contributing to a safe and supportive space.

  • I will honor confidentiality and not share anything outside the group without explicit permission.

  • I understand this is an interactive mentorship, and my growth depends on my participation.

  • I understand that payment confirms my spot and no refunds are available once the program begins.

  • I have read and understand the Coach’s Confidentiality & HIPAA-Aligned Practices stated below.

🔒 Confidentiality & HIPAA-Aligned Practices

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I, DILLAN DIGIOVANNI, uphold professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in accordance with NBHWC guidelines and HIPAA-aligned principles.

While this program is not a healthcare service, you can expect that:

  • Your personal information and anything shared in coaching sessions or group discussions will be treated with care and confidentiality.

  • No identifying information will be shared outside the program without your explicit consent.

  • You are encouraged to protect your own privacy by only sharing what feels appropriate in a group setting.
